Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
222ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without prior notice, if 222ph reasonably believes that you have violated any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or unlawful conduct, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.
Upon termination, any pending withdrawals of legitimately won funds will be processed in accordance with 222ph's standard withdrawal procedures, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon termination.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players who are residents of the Philippines agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
